Description: This two story house is set within the stunning hills and olive groves of Montefrio, of which the town is, only a few minutes drive, you are also only a 30 minute drive away from the historic city of Granada.Airports: Granada 45 minutes, Malaga 1hr 45 minutes. On arrival you will receive a welcome pack from the owners, they will also be happy to arrange to meet you in Montefrio if directions to the property are a problem. All of this is free of charge.The entrance to the house opens onto a large terrace with a BBQ and seating area where you can sit and relax whilst taking in the stunning views and watching the sun rise in the morning. There is a private pool 20 meters from house it is 4 by 8 meter and is open may to oct .the pool area is enclosed , and is equipped with shower, sun lounges and table an chairs.

Downstairs you will find an open planned fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with an open fire. Running from the living area is the bathroom which has a typically Spanish ‘half bath’ with shower. Upstairs to the left of the staircase, you will find 1 double bedroom. Upstairs to the right of the staircase is an open area which has twin beds, following on from this, you will find two more bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other has twin beds.This property is very private and situated within an acre of land, although the adjoined barn has been converted and is private residence to the main owners only. The private and rented areas are separated, and the owners will not have use of the pool when the house is being rented, but you are free to call upon them for any information or advice. |
