Elite Property Spain.com was set up by Peter Jennings after having worked in the overseas property business for a number of years. Peter then went into partnership with a friend and colleague Colin Coleman also in the property business, resident in Egypt.
 It is our joint aim to make the entire experience of purchasing property aboard an enjoyable one, in attaining that aim we are there to guide you through the entire process before, during and after the sale. This includes assisting with booking local accommodation, car hire, setting up bank accounts and technicalities such as NIE number applications.
